Trollstigen brings you into close contact with this wild and wonderful landscape. The paths and steps to the viewing
points invite the traveler to stroll around. It is a popular tourist attraction due to its sharp incline of 10% and eleven
hairpin bends down to a steep mountainside.

During the top tourist season, about 2,500 vehicles pass daily. At the 700-metre plateau, there are a parking space
and several viewing balconies overlooking the bends and the Stigfossen waterfall. The platform has various viewing
points suitable for both the bold and the cautious visitor.

Stigfossen falls 320 metres down the mountainside. The pass has an elevation of approximately 850 metres.
Trollstigen is closed during Octobeer and May.
