A breakfast was served in a cafeteria and relatively good.The guest room
is somewhat dark.
It may be associated with a cloudy weather.The price of accommodation was
not so high; so,
it would be acceptable.

The Fossli Hotel was established in 1891.
It is situated at the innermost end of the Hardanger Fiord in the beautiful
Hardanger mountains.
The fall has attracted Kings and Queens and many artists and writers.
A historic hotel just above the fjord fall
The view from a terrace was excellent. This is the only accommodation from
which we can observe
the magnificent waterfalls of Voringfossen. The facilities are too old;
however, a dinning room is
luxurious and excellent.
Eidfjord Fjell & Fjord Hotel
 
(L) The Eidfjord Fjell & Fjord Hotel is located under the snow-covered
fjord mountains.

A friendly reception
The hotel stands on the hill with a nice view of fjord and ocean-going
ship.
There was a tranquilizing view from our guest room, and a well maintained
a public space.
A room is clean and breakfast was good. There was no soap dish in a shower
room. However,
soon after we requested it, they provided an automatic soap dispenser quickly.

All staff members are friendly.
This hotel is located just front of a ferry terminal.
A convenient good hotel next to the ferry terminal
A hotel with a wide guest room operated by a family: It takes a moderate
time to heat up the guest room.
The owner brought an oil heater to fasten heating the room. It was interesting
to see many cars and
truck flowed out from a ferry boat. There was a wide terrace attached to
the guest room.
A breakfast was relatively good.
Dragsvik Fjordhotel
Dragsvik Fjordhotel stands in a good place.
However, a bedroom is very narrow. The shower and toilet use the same space.
Total guest rooms are 24. All guest rooms are smokefree.
Smoking place is outside of the building.
A very small guest room
We were passed through to a very small room different from the one in the
corner-room reservation.
We expected a wide corner guest room in the picture of the confirmation
notice from a booking agency;
however, we were taken to a small room on the second floor, as shown on
my picture. It was very compact
and there is no enough space to put luggage on. Shower and toilet is in
the same space. Sometimes,
it is used a toilet; at another time, used a shower room. We had two-night
reservation for this hotel;
however, could not stay more than one day, and left the hotel after paying
full two-day fees.
It was NOK 2,520 for this tiny room, and was too expensive, compared with
other hotels. For inquiry from
a booking agent, the hotel owner answered, if we complained about the room,
they provided a wider room
which was available during that time. That means if a guest did not say
anything, we have to put up
the small space, for one to two days. Fortunately, the agency, Booking.Com.
conscientiously, refunded
a reservation fee to us. I would never recommend this hotel to others.

Gloppen Hotell

This is the historic hotel founded in 1866.
Smoking place is outside of the building.
This hotel provides modern and old-fashion guest rooms.
You may choose it in an advanced reservation.
We stayed this hotel without a reservation. The room is in the new section
of this historic hotel.
An interior design is color-coordinate and modern. The room was clean and
slept well with a heating
at night and a sound-prove double-window. A hotel guest can enjoy an outside
view from the elevator,
which is with a sophisticated design.
Alexandra Hotel

A heating should be provided at night. It was very cold.
A breakfast was relatively good. A sight from a guest room and dinning
room is nice.
No causal relationships in evident, I got cold after staying in this hotel.
The mountain in front
of the hotel is covered with snow. An Insect was crawling on the floor.
No elevator in the hotel;
therefore, it was difficult to carry a heavy luggage up.
Sunde Fjord Hotel

An elevator is provided to second and third floor.
This hotel is located just front of a ferry terminal.
A good hotel nearby a ferry terminal
It was very helpful to carry a heavy luggage up to the second floor by
using an elevator.
A guest room is wide and has a large terrace. However, that space is not
exclusively for
the designated guest room.There was no automatic soap dispenser in a shower
room.
A reception is friendly.
